help with NcPod

We bought a cnc mill 2 years ago.  I am just now trying to set it up.  I loaded Mach3 and went to OEM and loaded up NcPod.  I can't get anything to work, nor can I find any instructions.  Any kind of help would be appreciated.  Thanks so much!
