I'm completely new here.
My system: windows 7, mach 3, smoothstepper C25XP
I have a strange problem, after several plasma projects, the plasma no longer wants to turn on.
This is due to updates in Windows 7.
The "plasma on/off" button in Mach 3 no longer works. The LED lights up but the relay on the C25XP does nothing.
By pressing the reset button in mach 3 the relay works.
So the BOB does get signals.
It must be something simple but can't figure it out.

I configured a second computer with windows 10 and it has the same problem.
I would start to think that there is something wrong with the C25XP.
But why does the relay turn on with the reset button?

Problem solved.
I have selected the wrong port in port and pins output.
Now everything works as it should.
I am happy now......
