Having abit of an issue with my mill...I  am new however I did setup my my mill, motors, controller and everything was working great. I turned everything on today and I noticed when I jogged that the dro was moving and not the motors.

I checked the control box and checked the reset button all was well....I went to the diagnostics page and noticed that under ---pulse frequency it said simulate..I never saw that before...usually there are numbers here...also in the Time in Int. it says +0.0. I must have put it into simulation somehow I dont know how----If someone would help me out I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks

Joe

Hi Joe,
You are evidently trying to use the parallel port while not having the driver loaded.

I appreciate the answer however I am a newb and I dont know which driver your talking about...I got on it this morning and now when I hit jog the dro's dont move now, also on the tab at the bottom left screen it says Mach3 cnc demo. Should I reload the mach 3 program?

Thanks

You might have loaded a blank profile with no axis' enabled.
Make sure you are opening the proper profile.
That is one reason you are prompted to give  it a custom name.
If all else fails, reload Mach (and the PP driver when prompted) and be sure you know where you put it.
