I hope so, but my laser is a 12v so I think that will cause me problems,  can I get back to you for advice if I need it?

Well, your laser, if it is blue/violet one, needs 12V supply and PWM for power regulation.
12V from a dedicated power supply, PWM signal from your controller.

i am affraid, this usb Controller will not supply M10/M11 funtions.
