You can pay for an OEM license and you should get priority support from Artsoft.
Otherwise, post stuff here.  If it isn't too complicated, you should be able to get a decent amount of help here on the forum.

I purchased an oem license about a year ago.  worked on my project for a while, received some initial support.  i then had to put it on the back burner until a few weeks ago. I tried reaching out the tech support multiple times, multiple ways but nothing.  thought one of them may see this post and reach out.  unfortunately the last one or two items to complete the project is pretty complicated.  maybe i made them mad or something??

Odd. I’ve always had luck reaching out to them.
Post what you need on here. Maybe someone can help.

I was having some issues and reached out to them.. I asked if they offered paid support.. and I asked what kind of support I'd receive if I purchased an Industrial License.. never received any response ..  :o
any semblance of information posted to anything remotely  close to accuracy is merely coincidence. Use at you own discretion.. or play the lottery.. same odds

Extremely sad but it seems that customer support from the software developers of Mach4 has declined over the last couple of years and has now reached an all time low.

Dang.  That is unfortunate.  I haven't needed to reach out to them in a while; so I didn't know it was lacking.
I still suggest reaching out here on the forum.
