dro's reset upon each session

Finishing one run then packing up for the night and then the next day putting a new piece in and expecting to just match up and run another time but my coordinate haves to be re zeroed for the new piece. The new piece is exactly in the same spot and the router head was not moved.

Depending on the accuracy needed this may not be the best practice as shutting down and starting the computer and Mach may move the motors slightly. If that is not an issue then great :)
Have you got persistant offsets checked? Have you got copy G54 from G59.253 unchecked?
Can you attach your xml and I will have a look and see if I can find a problem.

z's dro though remains unouched, while x and y can be anywhere from an inch to 10 inches off.
