I wathed the MEM all day today running many file some hrs long.

Nothing unusaul, MEM usage went up AND down depending on the program but I ended at about the same as I started with all day long.

NOW this IS running the dual cpu driver NOT the single that you may be running .

The memory leak is pretty severe, 150mb in 25 minutes, it doesn't take long for things to slow down.

Have had Mach running on the laptop for 24hrs now and no memory leak at all for me. The laptop have svce pack 3.

I have updated to 3.042.020 with no improvement,
 Also ran Mach3 lathe and plasma without g100 to see what happens  and I get the same severe memory leak ???.
Started every program on the pc to check if there was any other leaks, seems its only mach.
The pic shows the pc inside the control cabinet, this is why I dont want to update it.

as an experiment could you delete the pulsing engine from Device manager and see if the memory leak still happens? Obviously you wont be able to use the machine when you do that.

Go to Start button then control panel then System then Hardware then device manager. Look for the pulse engine, right click and delete.
 To reinstall just go to Mach3 folder and run the DriveTest.exe. but try Mach first before you reinstall it to see if you get the memory leak.
