There have been questions on this controller before and others have mentioned lack of information from the vendor.
For this controller Mach is configured to use the following parallel port pins:-
Motor outputs:-
x step 2
x direction 3
y step 4
y direction 5
z step 6
z direction 7
Input signals :-
e stop 10
Limit switches:-
x 11
y 12
z 13
