If I set up a second parallel port card, am I still limited to pins 10,11,12,13, and 15 for inputs or can I use them all?  The reason I ask this is I want to set a different input for each limit switch so I knoe exactly which one has been tripped.

If you have a second port you can opt to use pins 2-9 as inputs, just put a tick in the box on the ports and pins main page for the second port.
