Hi,

I'm having the similar problem.
When homing it goes to switch but don't reverses. How can I configure so that it comes off the switch?

Thanks

Do you have the Ajax controller as well or are you using the parallel Port?

Mach only backs off enough for the switch to deactivate, if yours is not doing that then either it is a bouncy switch or you have noise issues. Increasing the debounce interval On General Config page will help to determine if that is the problem but it is masking the issue rather than curing it.

Swap the X+ and X- switch wiring. It may be activating the wrong switch, and then it can't reverse.

I have the same issue. On start up the first homing cycle will work.If I
try to home again I can only hit the switch but not back away.i then get a
"cannot use G53 incremental" message. This machine has a ss and 3.42.40.
