1), If the widescreen versions are too big, then yes, you'll need to use the 2010.set screen.
2) Drag the lower right corner of the window to fit the screen, and you won't see those numbers, which were intended to be hidden. (You can't see them on a 1024x768 monitor)
3) Go to the toolchange tab and enter a value larger than 0 in the Clearance Plane DRO.

Gerry,

Another small problem. I did the initial tool zero the bit touched my fixed plate then moved to the fixed plate on the table
And started cutting but never asked for the tool change. Continued cutting with same bit. I use Vectric Aspire 4.5
the toolpath was generated  with 2 different tools. I can not figure out what to do next.
Can you please help me? I will try attaching the G Code.

In General Config, do you have tool changes set to "Stop Spindle, wait for Cycle Start"?
ANd on the Toolchange Tab, do you have "Ignore M6 Calls" unchecked?

In General config it was ignore tool changes. I will change that to stop spindle and wait for cycle start.
On the tool change tab is not checked to ignore m6.
I will try again later Today and let you know.
Thanks for the quick reply!!!

Another issue.
Now when the axis moves to the fixed plate location on my table Z travels about one inch down never touches the plate
and zeros out. My fixed plate is about 3 inches away from the bit. When I first setup the initial tool zero worked as it should.
Any ideas as to why is doing that?
Thanks.
