When You say "proper grounding" what You mean? I'm using to graund ALL components togheter...starting from the box until the Mill ,,it is correct?

There is a lot of different thoughts on grounding and which is the best method but most seem to agree that taking all the shield wires to a single point in your cabinet and grounding is the best method. It is known as star grounding as all wires radiate out like a star. Also only one end of the shield is normally grounded.
In the pic of the new control cabinet I am doing for my Bridgeport you will see arrowed the Ground/Earth connection that I run all my shields to (solder long wires to shield to run to the ground point). I dont have many wires shielded however, mainly just the high voltage  ones as most of my signal wiring is 24v and 5v such as Step/Dir are differential so dont really need shielded.

Oh another thing is I try to keep high and low voltage wiring as seperate as possible. Things such as power for the PLC is unavoidable but I have these power wires shielded.

This is the right way!
I'm just starting. I modified my small Bf20 following my own mechanical project and assembled the electronic devices also my own...It seems I have to learn more!!!! ..but I will!!!!

I like learning and learn more every day, it will be a sad day when I stop learning and I hope I never reach the stage where I think I know it all

"The charge pump signal is gated into

means that driver boards that have no enable signal pins are still made safe by
having there input signals removed. This charge pump signal is also gated
into all relay outputs so no false triggering of the relays can occur while the
software is not running"

When using the parallel port to control your machine a chargepump is often used as when windows is starting it can interrogate the parallel port and cause motion on your machine. Some breakout boards support the chargepump input and what it does is disable any outputs from the breakout board until it is getting a steady chargepump signal which means Mach is running.
