I am running my CNC with Mach3 and there is a thing like slowing down. But when I mill PCB board its doing kind of rounded corners. Is there a way to fix this?

Try reducing your Velocity settings and increasing your Acceleration settings in Motor Tuning (remember to save the changes for each axis). It's bit of a balancing act to get it just right.

As an alternative try running in Exact Stop mode.
