When using the search engine I'm receiving this error message and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I am having the same problem with no mater what I put in the search field.

Don’t worry guys it’s the same for us all , it ‘K’ for not working

You would think the prop,e at ArtSoft would have put up a sticky to inform the great unwashed and to prevent people getting the knickers in a twist


Although there have been lots of posts about this you could have just scrolled down a few pages and seen a result
