Using Mach 4 and Pokeys 57 Plugin.  Torch height will randomly reverse and not go to cut height after limit switch is triggered. Instead of moving up to 3 mm pierce height it will try to move down and contacts plate. This problem is intermittent and sometimes after this happens Z+ on keyboard or Mach 4 will not even move Z axis up, it is still in reverse and is trying to go down.  I think I am starting to see it happen with the X axis when homing also.  X axis trips limit and should reverse and sometimes one of the motors still tries to go X- and hits the hard stop on the table.  Please help. I bought this table a 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems.

UPDATE.  So what is happening is the machine moves to the first cut touches down gets zero'd then moves to 3mm pierce height, pierces then move to 1.5 mm cut height and cuts. After the cut is complete it should move up to 3 mm pierce height from the 1.5 mm cut height and move to the next cut but instead it moves down 1.5 mm which is touching the plate and then tries to pierce.  With the torch off it runs the gcode perfectly.  What could be causing this to happen?
